When asking for a customized piece. Please contact us via the contact form.

Please include the following information.

• A date or time period when you wish to receive the garment

(If you do not specify a specific date, it may take a while before we start with your order.)

• Your budget

(If you do not have a specific budget, make sure this is clearly indicated.)

• A detailed  description , with any photos, of what you have in mind for your garment.

HOW DOES THE ORDER PROCESS WORK

The moment we have received your information, we will contact you to check whether we are on the same page in terms of your desired garment. It is of course also possible to order an existing piece from our portfolio and make adjustments to it.

As soon as all specific wishes are clear to us, you will receive a confirmation mail of the design, the delivery date and the chosen payment method.

WHAT DOES THE FITTING PROCESS LOOK LIKE

The fitting proces can be perfectly done from a distance. We will send you a list of measurements needed for the making of the patterns (a clear explanation is attached). Video call is also possible. You can also come by at any time.

When we have your sizes, we will work on making a pattern and a test piece after. This test piece will then be send to fit. If too many adjustments need to be made, we create a new test piece.

When everything fits correctly on the test piece, we will start with the requested garment.

HOW IS THE PRICE DETERMINED

The exact pricing of a garment can only be determinant at the end, in advance we can very roughly say what a garment will cost. Factors of the pricing are: can we use a already existing pattern or do we need to make a completely new one, the types of fabrics and materials, ...

That is why it is useful to have a budget in mind that you feel comfertable about, we can also discuss what is possible in your budget.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT WORK

Before we can ship the garment, it must be paid in full.
